Say you were geographically pretty far away from icp. How did you acquire your first user. Cold outreach is pretty ineffective, in my experience, maybe with some extra steps it can be done? Or did you use someone as a bridge to your icp? Did you end up confounding with someone who was capable of bringing your icp to you?
