I’m curious how other founders and operations managers handle this. When a company goes from 10–20 people to 50–100+, information can end up scattered across Slack, Google Drive, Notion, emails, and individual employees’ knowledge. I’m currently working with a SaaS product called Roveta that is focused on helping growing teams organize their processes, SOPs, and internal knowledge in one place. Before pushing it as a product, I’d genuinely like to understand the problem better: What do you currently use for SOPs? What happens when an experienced employee leaves? Is it difficult to keep processes updated? Do new employees struggle to find the information they need? Would love to hear what has worked or completely failed for your team. submitted by /u/Strong_Ideal8162 [link]
