Yven.ca is a tool I wish I'd had years ago, back when I was working as a solo developer and with small web shops. In both, there was never any good knowledge management or documentation around a client's assets. The knowledge was spread across password managers, Google and Word docs, spreadsheets, Notion docs, emails, and Slack channels — a little bit of everything, everywhere, and none of it in one place. Renewals happened when the service emailed us, and then there was a bit of a scramble to get it sorted with the client, an estimate written up, and so on, all before the expiry date (assuming we didn't miss the notice, or accidentally delete it).
