I built an experiment using 80 modeled fly neurons and 1,296 measured connections from the MaleCNS dataset. The connections stay fixed, while a small neural readout learns when to run, jump or duck. It uses the original Chromium game engine. The page shows the actual computed activity and action choices during live gameplay. Training runs in the browser, and the code, checkpoints and results are public.
