Hi everyone, I've been taking a lot of courses on DeepLearning.AI . Most of their short courses don't offer a slide download, so I'd pause the video every 30 seconds to screenshot slides manually, then paste them into Obsidian along with a transcript summary. Pretty time consuming. So I built SlideSieve, a browser extension that extracts slides and transcripts locally in the browser. It skips instructor talking-head-only frames and duplicates automatically. If the instructor's facecam sits on top of the slide, you can crop it out or let it erase the overlay to get an unobstructed slide. Transcripts export synced to the video as TXT, SRT, or VTT.
