Looking for guidance from someone not trying to sell me a tool but with deep expertise on how to scale. So things are not going badly - 9.5k -> 13k cumulative first time downloads in the last 2 weeks. App is a Mounjaro, Zepbound, Wegovy, Ozempic, Retatrutide, GLP-1 dose and shot tracker but with a lot more - graphs, photos, symptoms, and all the things I’ve feedback on around it. I’m running free lifetime for 4 months whilst I get feedback and improve. I had tried to do it in 6 weeks but I realised it takes time to get the details and UX added and perfected.
