Original Summary
I've been a cybersecurity engineer for a few years — mostly DFIR, the "ransomware at 3 AM" kind of work. Earlier this year I started building ResilAI on the side. The idea is pretty simple: small clinics get hit with ransomware and fines, but almost none of them have anyone doing security. So I built a morning check — it looks at their backups, logs, and controls, and answers one question in plain English: safe to see patients today, or here's the one fix that matters. One thing I'm stubborn about: the score is deterministic math on verified telemetry, never the LLM. The LLM only writes the explanation. A clinic opens its doors based on this, so I need to be able to defend exactly how the number was computed.
