Day 0 of a 30 day experiment. Verb is live and I want 10 paying customers by the end of it. I'll share each day's progress, including the stuff that doesn't work. What Verb is: an AI agent that lives inside your SaaS. Instead of your users clicking through five screens, they type what they want, like "add my teammate and give her view access" or "cancel my last booking", and it happens. A bit about how it works. You list the actions you're happy for it to take, and it can only use those. It runs as whoever is logged in, with their permissions, so it can't reach anything they couldn't. Anything that changes data asks for a confirmation first, and everything it does is recorded for autdit. The part I'm still figuring out is who to talk to first. My customers are founders of SaaS products, which means a lot of you are reading this. So two questions: If your product had an agent like this, what's the one task you'd want your users to be able to just ask for? If you've sold to other founders before, where did your first paying customers actually come from?
