Hey r/SideProject ! Video above shows a feature going through the full loop. The problem: when I let Claude Code build things directly, I got fast but messy results. No real spec, no review, no testing in a browser. What I built: aSPARK, an open-source (MIT) plugin that simulates a small agile team. Each role is a slash command with a quality gate, from a Product Owner who challenges your idea to a QA tester who checks the result in a real browser. /spark runs the whole loop. State: I use it daily, but it's young. Feedback I'd love: does the gated approach feel useful or too heavy? Which role would you drop or add?
