I spent 8 years as an EA in private equity, in which time I got fed up with how laborious scheduling external meetings was, doing it manually over and over. So I built something to fix it, initially just for myself but I've now redeveloped it to work for others! Slots Picker is an Outlook add-in that lets you view multiple exec calendars side by side, drag to select free time, and drop a formatted timezone-aware slot list straight into your email draft. One click. Done. It's live on Microsoft Marketplace after what I can only describe as the most bureaucratic verification and approval process ever, taking about 8 weeks in total. Current installs: 1(!!) A friend of mine lol. So we're very much at the beginning I made this product video today and hope it does a good job of showcasing the add-in.
