I'm at a mid-market company with about 800 people. Right now ideas arrive through Slack, email, town hallsand planning sessions and maybe 10% of them go anywhere because nothing is tracked or evaluated. I've been researching innovation management software and everything I find is vendor copy or generic listicles. I want to hear from someone who implemented this at their company.
