I'm getting ready to launch a project and I've been reading a lot of launch retrospectives. Most of them say different things. For those who've launched on Product Hunt, HN, or similar: What do you think made the biggest difference in how it went? What did you spend time on that turned out not to matter? Did your tagline/description change your results, or was it mostly audience and timing?
