I launched my side project ( autodm.live ) about 15 days ago and just crossed 50 users. The interesting part is that I haven't really done any marketing yet. Most of the growth has been from people finding it through search and sharing it. A few things that made me pretty happy: The project is starting to get cited by AI tools Domain Rating went from 0 to 10 Organic traffic has started picking up People are actually using the product, which is probably the best part It's still very early, but seeing people discover and use something I built outside of work feels pretty good. Now I'm trying to figure out what to focus on next: improving the product, SEO, or finally starting some proper marketing.
