I've had my eyelash extension business since 2016. I've used Vagaro since then. There was one point that I switched to Boulevard and it was worse so I switched back. Vagaro does a job as well as it's really able. There are also a lot of issues, some of which cost us money. I started off running this business by myself then it grew to one or two other technicians, now I am at 8 employees. Needless to say I need a good system to where I can follow up with clients and give them reminders to rebook their appointments and just manage the business through this one system. I need to find new clients and I just need an overall software to where my business runs smoothly and I'm not constantly putting out fires. I've seen other salons jump from one software to the next. I think
