I run four Stripe accounts. Stripe tells you about a sale with an email and a phone notification. ⠀ No sound at the desk, and a phone notification going off in a coffee shop every sale is a bit much anyway. ⠀ I also wanted one number. Four accounts is four dashboards, and I never added up what today came to across all of them. ⠀ So I built a browser tab that does both. A cha-ching on every successful payment in any of my accounts, and a running total for today, this week and this month. ⠀ The tab makes the cha-ching sound the moment the charge succeeds. ⠀ Much faster actually than Stripe email and app notifications arrive. ⠀ I've also added: Slack and Discord alerts a full screen display mode a monthly goal bar and a few more sounds. ⠀ It never asks for an API key or an OAuth grant.
