I run five or six Claude Code sessions at once. The problem was that an approval would sit unanswered in one terminal for twenty minutes while I watched another, and two agents would finish on the same files and hand me a merge mess. So I built a thing that reads all my sessions and gives me one list: who needs me, why, for how long, with Allow and Deny right there. The chat opens beside the list, so the rest keeps running while I answer. For bigger tasks I can hire a small team where nothing merges until a reviewer has read the exact change.
