I built a Meeting Prep Agent that uses long-term memory to help prepare for meetings. The problem I wanted to solve was simple: when you meet the same person multiple times, a normal AI assistant doesn't really know what happened in your previous conversations. So I built an agent that can remember useful information from previous meetings and use it when preparing for the next one. The workflow is: Meeting → extract useful information → store memory → retrieve relevant context → prepare for the next meeting I used Hindsight as the memory layer and Groq for the LLM. Some of the things it can remember include previous discussion points, commitments, follow-ups and information related to a contact. The part I found most interesting was not building the chat interface, but figuring out what the agent should remember and when that memory should be retrieved . I made a short demo showing the workflow. I'd really appreciate feedback on the idea and especially on the memory approach. What would you add to make this more useful for real meetings?
