I'm a young technical founder and my default reaction to uncertainty is to open my editor and ship something. It feels productive. It's also a very convenient way to avoid the harder question of whether anyone cares. I know the standard advice ("talk to customers!"). What I'm asking is how you actually make yourself do it when building is so much more comfortable. Do you schedule it, set a rule, or force yourself with a quota? Did anything change how you approached it? Currently I'm building soemthing in the SaaS Circle.
