Original Summary

I stopped building and started selling. Need some advice. I’m a developer and I’ve shipped quite a few products before. Some made revenue, some got a decent amount of users, and a few went semi-viral. But this is my first real B2B product , and selling it is a completely different game. I’m obsessive about building, so I spent a lot of time testing the established products in this space and comparing them with what I built. At this point, I can cover most of what businesses already use these tools for, and in some areas I genuinely believe what I’ve built is better. The product lets businesses create forms with AI, collect responses, understand where people drop off, detect friction, analyze responses, and push the data into the tools they already use. I’ve also decided to keep it free for students and nonprofits. But none of that matters if I can’t get people to pay for it. So I’ve put myself on a feature freeze and switched my focus to distribution . Right now I’m: making short videos showing real problems + how I solve them finding small businesses already paying for similar tools doing cold email, LinkedIn outreach and calls My goal now is simple: get my first paying B2B customers ASAP. For people who have done 0 → 100 paying B2B customers: where would you put most of your energy at this stage? Cold outreach? Content? Picking one niche and going all-in? And what would you absolutely not spend time on? submitted by /u/Possible_Bid_5146 [link] [comments]
