I'm a solo dev and made this because solids nested in blocks kept getting lost when moving DWGs into other CAD tools. Viewer (free, in the browser): cadyon.com/viewer It opens DWG, STEP, IGES, STL and more, and shows the solids inside blocks + correct colors. Nothing is uploaded, and no signup required.. Converter (Windows): cadyon.com It turns DWG solids into STEP. I tested it on 3,656 real models against AutoCAD's own output, and the volumes matched to 5 significant figures. It's free for personal use, and paid versions are a one time purchase. It only handles 3D shapes, only basic 2D.
