And the strange thing is I have not told anyone offline, because half of them would ask "so are you making money" and the honest answer is barely, for now. But I wanted to say it somewhere that gets it. A thousand people made an account for a thing that did not exist before I built it. Most are free, a small slice pay, and I still refresh the dashboard more than I want to admit. The lesson buried in here: the thing that got the last few hundred was not a feature. It was finally writing a landing page that a normal person could understand in one read. The product barely changed. The explanation did.
