There are enough posts here asking whether you can make money from a vibe-coded SaaS. I’m more interested in what happens after the answer is yes. If your app has paying customers and you built most of it with Claude, Cursor, Lovable, Replit, etc., what changed once people started depending on it? Did you keep handling everything with AI, or was there a point where you brought in an experienced developer? If you did, what caused it? I’m especially curious about the boring stuff that doesn’t show up in a launch post: auth, payments, monitoring, weird customer edge cases, deployments, integrations, or becoming nervous about changing something that already works.
