I’m working on Grubflip, an app for restaurant employees to trade their employee meals with other restaurant workers nearby. The basic idea is simple: if you work at a restaurant and have an employee meal available, you can offer it to someone nearby and trade for the meal they’re able to provide at their workplace. The current flow is: Register and create your typical employee meal Browse nearby meals Propose a trade Chat with the other person Choose who is responsible for the delivery Add optional “equalizers” if one meal is worth more than the other Those equalizers might be extra sauces, sides, desserts, drinks, or other add-ons that help make the trade feel fair.
