Original Summary
I'm building a tool for SaaS founders. You paste your pricing page and it builds a page with its own link where a customer who's about to leave can make you an offer instead: a price, an annual commitment, a testimonial, an intro or anything else they can bring. You accept, counter or pass It's been live for three weeks. This weekend the first founder who isn't me published theirs, and three more are setting theirs up this week, but there hasn't been a single offer yet on any of them. So I'd rather hear from people here what's missing than keep guessing Would you put a "make an offer" link near your pricing, or does it feel like it cheapens the product? Where would you try it first? Cancel flow, end of trial, people who go quiet after a demo, somewhere else What would you need to see before sending real customers to it? If you already negotiate by email or DM, what's the annoying part? submitted by /u/lmfresneda [link] [comments]
