So recently I've been doing it backwards: make the launch video first, post it, and see who reacts before building anything. So far it's caught a few bad ideas and helped me validate at least one good one. I'm trying to figure out if this is useful to anyone besides me, so a couple of honest questions: How did you test your last idea before building it? A landing page, ads, just asking people, nothing? If you could get a video like this for an idea on demand, would you actually use it somewhere (a waitlist page, ads, a post like this)? Or is it just a fun toy?
