You open the usage or cost export from your console and it shows spend spikes, cache and batch share, and price scenarios for older Claude models. The page's Content Security Policy blocks every network request (connect-src 'none'), so the file can't leave your machine. You can load it, turn off Wi-Fi and it still works. No signup, no API key. The part I spent the most time on: being honest about what a CSV can't tell you. If your export has no batch column, it says "not available" instead of 0%. Model comparisons are shown as scenarios with the assumptions (newer Claude models count about 30% more tokens for the same text), not as "you overpaid".
