I built Clovia. It watches every checkout journey on a Shopify store, calculates the revenue lost to every abandoned checkout, and attaches the likely root cause with the evidence trail: payment decline codes, shipping failures, invalid discount codes, broken buttons, script errors. I kept seeing store owners guess at this. They would redesign the whole checkout when the real problem was one invalid discount code, or blame their ads when the leak was on their own site. Aggregate analytics never tell you the why, so I built the thing that records it.
