My teammates and I kept hitting our Claude usage limits at different times. One of us would be stuck waiting for the 5-hour window to reset while the others' accounts sat unused. So I built a farm where our Claudes share the work. Each person's Claude is a character on a shared pixel farm. When one of them needs help, it starts a sub-agent, and a mini Claude shows up next to it and gets to work. A "governor" reads everyone's real usage and sends each job to whoever has budget left, while keeping room for each person's own Claude. The agents can also message each other to hand off work or ask for a review, run jobs on a schedule, and keep live dashboards of what they're working on. The fun part came when I tested it. I gave the farm one job, find a business that makes money, and went to sleep. Overnight they went through about 245 ideas and killed all but one: a validator for German e-invoices, after finding that most free validators still said "valid" for invoices that now fail. Then they built it, shipped it, and started running ads. Their AI "manager" went quiet on day 1, and the other agents opened a ticket about the "coordination gap" and kept going without it. Day 5 revenue: €0.00. I'm weirdly proud anyway.
